• CAN I LEASE A PRIVATE OFFICE ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH TERM?

Yes. We offer Month-to-Month leases to allow your business the flexibility it may need. We also offer a 6 month or 1 year lease.

• DO I PAY FOR INTERNET, UTILITIES, PRINTING AND FAXING?

• Utilities and Internet: All utilities and business class internet are included.

• Printing: Each Private Office and Hot Desk Membership includes 120 black/white free print and 25 color print credits per month. Additional printing credits may be purchased as needed. You may also bring your own printer.
Any membership plans that do not include printing credits may purchase printing credits as needed.

Faxing: Outbound and Inbound Fax-to-Email is available to all members for free.

• DO YOU OFFER FURNISHED OFFICES?

We do not offer furnished offices, however, you may bring your own office furniture and decor to make your office YOUR VERY OWN.

• WHAT IS A PRIVATE OFFICE?

Private offices give you autonomy within a coworking space. Private Offices start at $199 to $800 per month. 

• WHAT IS A PRIVATE HALF OFFICE?

A Private Half Office is a private lockable cubicle sized office.

• CAN GUESTS VISITS ME IN MY OFFICE?

Absolutely. Simply let your guest know to sign-in at the front reception desk when they arrive. You will receive a text message when your guest arrives.

• WHAT IS A VIRTUAL OFFICE?

A Virtual office is a perfect option for an entrepreneur who doesn’t need a physical permanent office, but needs to make a great impression on his clients with a prestigious business address. A Virtual Office option is an affordable option with outstanding perks. A Virtual Office Membership includes mail service, letterhead and business cards; a live receptionist to greet your guests at the reception desk; 8 Conference room hours per month where you may host presentations or hold staff meetings; and Members may purchase additional Conference Room time at a member rate of $9.99 per hour.

• WHAT IS A HOT DESK MEMBERSHIP?

With a Hot Desk Membership you simply come in when you want, select any open desk in the common area, and begin working during business days and business hours. The Hot Desk Membership options are a great way to get out of the house or cafe with fantastic perks. The Hot Desk Pass is exclusive to you, but you may purchase a Guest Day Pass so that your guest may work along with you in the common area. If you would like to meet a client or work with a guest, you may also book a conference room using your membership conference room hours.

• WHAT IS A STATION LOFT WORKS ON-DEMAND MEMBERSHIP?

A Station Loft Works On-Demand Membership gives your company access to the Station Loft Works Community Work Space. Your Membership Hot Desk Day Passes are exclusive to you, but you may purchase a Guest Day Pass so that your guest may work along with you in the common area. If you would like to meet a client or work with a guest, you may also book a conference room using your membership conference room hours.

• IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT TO RENT A PRIVATE OFFICE?

A Security Deposit is required for all Private Office Spaces.

• CAN MY COMPANY LEASE MORE THAN 1 OFFICE?

Yes! If you find that you need more office space for your growing team, please let us know. We will be glad to reserve the spaces to fit your needs.

• WHAT IS OFFERED AT THE CAFÉ KIOSK?

The Café Kiosk offers free freshly ground Coffee all day long. Enjoy Hot Chocolate, Tea, Refreshing drinks and snacks to give you that extra energy.

• HOW SECURE IS YOUR FACILITY?

We strive to create a safe and secure environment and monitor the facility with video camera surveillance 24/7. We want you to feel happy and cozy in our facility.

• WHAT ARE THE OFFICE BUILDING HOURS?

Station Loft Works is open Monday thru Friday between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. The facility is under 24/7 camera surveillance for your safety.
The Garage at Station Loft Works is open 24/7. Office members whose office is located in the Garage have access to their office 24/7 with keycard.

• CAN GUESTS AND CLIENTS VISIT ME AT MY OFFICE?

Yes, guests can visit you at your office. All visitors must sign-in and sign-out at the reception desk. All guests must be accompanied by member at all times.

• CAN I BRING MY PET TO WORK?

Unfortunately, although we LOVE pets, pets are not allowed in the building.

• WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Debit Cards, Checks, Money Orders, PayPal and all Credit Major Cards: American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard.

• ARE THERE LATE FEES ON PAID MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS (On-Demand Membership, Hot Desk, Hot Desk Plus, Virtual Office) PURCHASED ON THE WEBSITE ?

We charge a late fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice for payments we have not received by the 14th day of the month. Please contact us at 678-540-2538 or memberservices@stationloftworks.com for more information.

• REFUND POLICY

All transactions are final. If technical or other problems directly caused by Station Loft Works or our Website prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of a Service, we will either replace the Service or refund the price paid for Services not received.
